App is lacking a lot preventing me from doing my job expensive test garbage app what a joke

An old man with no legs will be faster than this app. Mediocre that i need this for work.

I have reset my password a few times and it still won’t let me login. I’ve tried downloading the app again, and it still hasn’t worked.

I am able to use camera on the qr or battery barcode but when I try to get the vin it will not work at all. I have tried cleaning the barcodes have tried cleaning my camera lenses and have tried on multiple different vehicles with no luck. I have to manually enter all the vins. I am using an iPhone

It use to be nice app but now it is pain to use, I literally hate this app, wouldn’t scan VIN, terrible app.

App won’t scan VIN like it used to. I’ve been having to type in all the VINS on cars. Very inconvenient.

I use this app for AAA! It’s a very necessary app I need to do my job! This app is not very helpful! For the pass few months I have been having trouble with this app! It’s closes out In the middle of doing tests in which I have to restart and do it all over again. It does not scan vin numbers properly or at all and it also takes forever to load any data! Thought it was my phone, started using another phone same issue. Thought maybe I needed a newer model phone that was not the case as well! Please update this app that better suits these problems! Very time consuming with a job that’s suppose to be quick! This app is horrible for the people who work outside in the cold have to stand out there even longer than needed!

Telling me every time I have to use the app I need to disconnect the battery fully when using it. With other battery testers I don’t need to Then the scan feature for the vin does not even work on a newer phone Have to use a android tablet to even use it

Tests still are running super slow we are a daily busy 3a shop my response times are getting hit waiting an extra 5-7 minutes for a result to load for each 2 bar portion from beginning to completion

I had no issues with this app but now my camera won’t scan VIN barcodes or battery barcodes… unsure of what is going on but this needs to be fixed! It’s slowing my productivity time down! And in an automotive industry “time is money!”
