Doesn’t allow you to add a new card when the old one expires
Card renewal
Recorded message on your customer services phone line says my new card is registered . When I look on your app it shows the old card details , it doesn’t seem to recognise the new card you have sent me .

New updates don’t work
The update now sends a text message and then doesn’t allow sign in.

Expired without warning, didn’t last 6 months!!

The app just doesn’t work been trying to log in all weekend and never get sent the messages, then all of a sudden you get loads through. Not very good!!!
Doesn’t work at all
Tried to log in and use app but it keeps asking me to use biometric log in while also logging me out of the app. Can’t even get into it. So broken.
Unusable
Utterly garbage app. Can’t even get it to send a code to my phone without having to phone Support first. Biometrics don’t work. Spent my balance in one go just so I don’t have to use this terrible app ever again.
