Bad, pricy, not correct at all
After subscription cancellation, my card still got a payment due. Wtf?! App is sadly one of the worst, but this really put a nail in the coffin...
Hasznos, hatékony
Az alkalmazás jól felépített. Egyszerű kezelni és hatékonyan tudsz haladni a hasznos fejezetek között . Világos magyarázatokat ad, amiket később vissza is kereshetsz. Az alkalmazás mellé készítek jegyzeteket. Így teljes.

Non user friendly app with non-existent customer support
I bought a yearly subscription for my course. I was not satisfied with it whatsoever. I tried reaching out to Babbel to cancel my subscription…no answer whatsoever. Then I realized not only they dont want to refund the money for the year I First payed (and didnt use), they renewed the subscription and charged another year. So, I payed 2 years of subscription, used the app for maybe a week and can consider myself lucky that now after 2 years of trying to reach to them, they are “nice” enough to cancel the automatic renewal, so I eont have to pay for 3rd and 4 th year of subscription for an app i never used. The worst customer support ever….would not recommend it to anyone
Missing language
No hungarian language 🙁
Great app
Probably the biggest thing I would change is that there should be an option to keep music playing. Another QoL improvement would be switching between languages. It shouldn’t be more than 2 clicks
Audio Lessons
French audio lessons are terrible. They are narrated by a super annoying British guy (calls french grammar sexist, is full of cringe jokes and mispronounces very simple words like vous, bonjour or even c’est). They do more harm than good really.
Best language learning app
Although I downloaded the app just a week ago, I’ve already learnt so much in Swedish. It is extremely useful, explains the grammar, the pronunciation and basically everything. Helps a lot with memorising the words, and the games are fun to play while practicing what I’ve already learnt. Worth every cent, I’ll definitely keep my subscription in the future. ☺️
