Speaking segment never works
When trying to do speaking tasks starts, but before I speak it abruptly finishes. Afterwards I contact customer support and they were unable to fix the bug, they gave me so many suggestions but none of them worked . Although for the rest of the language app it’s very good and encourages memorisation of vocab with interactive games.
So complicated
Signing up and logging in is so complicated. I deleted it before even starting up.

Ot is the best app that I have ever tried so far to learn a language. Way better than Duolingo and similar applications.

I wanted to learn Chinese so I downloaded this app because ppl say it’s good but as soon as I opened the app I wanted to choose the language but there was no Chinese,I wanted to learn Korean and Japanese as well but they are not one of the options 😭”I was exited”
Impressive!
I was watching some YouTube videos by the author Robert Greene and he mentioned that he learned many languages through this app. I gave it a try just for the fun of it, and I think it simplifies learning a new language! I’m on my 7 days trial and I will definitely subscribe inshallah💞
Nice but you have to pay for each course
I like studying German here but i wanted to swap to Spanish and wow! i have to pay for one more course. It’s not cheap, but purchasing a subscription you’re subscribed only to one language. Disappointed :(
Paid for the subscription but it was not activated
I have purchased a subscription but it was not activated on the app so I could not use it at all. Tried reinstalling the app, updating and logging out- nothing helped. There is still no response from the support team after a week. Sad as the app is actually great.
Politicized app
Education can change the world and make it the better place for living. But you decided that drops Russian language will increase your position like education service. No, if Russian speakers around the world want to learn the new language — they should have this opportunity.
