I cannot hear the audio!
Sorry, but i cannot hear the audio! Im using Iphone 8 plus, version 13. Please help me to fix this?! :( I turned on the volume max already but cannot hear anything!!!
Practical app to learn conversations in foreign languages
I downloaded Babbel and paid for the one-year subscription. So far I have been satisfied with the French courses, which are produced in pretty good quality by Babbel team. The courses are divided into short sub-courses, making it well-suited for busy learners. What’s more, the subscription is reasonably priced.

So I can't learn

Get back my money
Six months ago I paid for a full version via my Visa card to learn French. However I don’t need this program anymore but it automatically took money from my account. What do I have to do to get my money back because I don’t need to learn French anymore.
