You need this app." Hubby and I were () this close to hiring someone to come and help us sleep train our 1 year old who had always woken up at least three times a night, often more. We would spend hours trying to get her to sleep and often have to give up and let her sleep with us. After 3 nights with the app she was sleeping 7.5 hours straight and this is getting a little longer each night. The difference the app made is that it took away the thinking, which is hard to do when you're shattered, emotional, at the end of your tether and feeling utterly defeated. The app turned sleep training into a simple process and told us what to do each step of the way. The app doesn't reveal any great secret or anything that you don't already know if you've done even a quick search on the web about how to get babies to sleep. What the app does is direct you at every turn so you don't lose track, you remain consistent and keep going. Without the app it's like trying to remember a recipe under pressure. With the app, it is like having the recipe written down with a step by step guide, and that is the real difference it makes.
