I enjoy being able to see the sleep trends by themselves. I also wish that the Baby Sleep Timer had more intuitive tracking. Having a place to put in when you put your baby down compared to when they actually fell asleep and even standard check boxes for what you did to put them down so that you can go back and see what was working and what wasn’t. In general more statistics and information input would be nice. The night tracking is alright once you get it calibrated, but in the morning when you need to use your phone and don’t want the record option, switching to daytime is the only option to turn it off and that starts a new timer. It has so much potential. It’s just not as easy to use when I am putting my baby down. Bathe start stop function is awesome as it’s big, but I cannot use it with my watch and with my other kids I often forget to turn it off so it doesn’t log it perfectly. I use the nursing app for naps as well but love the specificity this offers. I just haven’t found a great way to use them both conveniently. So I cannot decide. But I am trying to transition over to this one because I think it tracks better. I need to log this babies sleep because he needs more help to sleep and will wake easily. So he is often tired. He definitely needs sleep training. I wish it had a more predictive component to it and could alert you that you’re baby may be ready for a nap based on sleeping trends or whatever. It's helpful to have all the information, but there are a couple shortcomings. It would be nice if this and the feed timer could be all in one, instead of having to flip flop between the two to determine feeding and sleeping scheduling. It also would be nice if you could log in to your account from another device like you can with the feed timer, as I use an iPad in the nursery that would be helpful for the night tracking. The timer feature is great as is the chart feature. Haven't used the night sound clip feature. The only feedback I can give for improvement is like the feeding app, add the option to pause a sleep cycle..sometimes we put down our baby for a nap, but she wakes up 10 minutes later and has to be soothed. When my son was little, I liked having the night time setting on so I could know when he woke and if he stayed awake or not. Now that we don't have night waking and he is own to one nap a day, it's nice to know his patterns.
