I only diligently make use of the feeding tracker, but there are many other neat features. The growth tracker is easier than signing into my pediatricians patient portal. I love the developmental achievements checklist. There’s so much in this app and it stores information indefinitely. I love comparing data between my children.
All in one tracker!
Great for first time parents learning new things, and rhythms or patterns. Also great for bringing in to doctors appts! And fantastic for those first few hazy months if you have more than one baby at home (“Are you hungry? How long ago was your nap now”?? Etc)
Great sidekick
We’ve used the Sprout app to help guide us as we figure out parenting for the first time. We don’t overly schedule things but it’s helpful to know how long it’s been since ate last, are we favoring one boob over the other, and to give a fairly certain answer to the doctor about how many wet diapers she’s had. We use the growth tracker too and some of the medical support prompts. Overall, very helpful and we’ve certainly gotten our money’s worth out of it.
Incredibly Helpful Tracker
The wife and I use it for tracking just about everything, feeds, sleep time, pump amounts, etc. Very easy to use, though because we both use the app on our own phones we have to be careful as sometimes the data doesn’t sync quickly. Both our children have had feeding difficulties so having this to easily track how well they do accurately and have that info to give to the pediatrician is awesome. It’s definitely my favorite baby-related app; kind of a must-have in my opinion.

I wish if you are not pumping it would not be on the screen. I love the new update for the Apple Watch though.
