love the alerts when baby wakes
Simple to use and has alerts even when using another app. Great peace of mind.
Confused about payment for two devices or one?
I don’t find it very clear at all on whether you have to pay twice for the app on both devices ?
Lost connection all the times
If you buy a service crucial and important like this it’s important to have reliability. Unfortunately it’s not the case since it keeps loosing connections and basically doesn’t work. Impossible to contact support so please if you see this PLS REFUND ME IMMEDIATELY
Battery
Night camera doesn’t provide sufficient light to see the baby - and it’s very very hard on battery. My iPad has a very long battery life and despite having 65% battery at 8pm by 5am we noticed it had gone dead with no parent audio warning given - we slept through ! We have reverted to a standard camera bespoke unit.
Brilliant app for monitoring nap time
Having this app has really made a difference with this little one. As a busy mom of 4, it gives me better peace of mind when he's sleeping that I can get on with my jobs and still be able to hear AND see him, wherever we are!
