I use it with my two month old and he has a wonderful time. I noticed a lot of reviewers complained about the multi-gesture trouble even though the App reminds users to turn that feature off in settings. An even better way to lock the screen is to use the GUIDED ACCESS feature, new with iOS6. Once turned on in Settings you can just triple click the home key when you open the game and start Guided Access. This locks the child in the App. When the child is finished playing, its just another triple click and a quick code to exit. No need to go in and out of settings every time. You can even customize Guided Access for each App and block certain areas of the screen if desired. I hope this helps.
