Love being able to basically do anything with my bank account on this app! -- captainkay49, 2023-10-03 ### *---- "Poor choices in new update" This app used to work perfectly with no issues. Since the new revisions, it constantly asks me to verify my identity, says it will send me a confirmation code but then never gives you the ability to enter the code, therefore locking you out. It also used to tell you both how much was left in your account after a transaction and also how much was being taken out for that transaction. Now it only displays what’s being taken out. I work 9-5 which is the same hours as the bank, and often work overtime so the only way for me to deposit my checks is via this app. If I can’t even do that then what’s the point of banking with them? -- Janet Griffith from Hogwarts, 2023-09-21 ### ***** "Love the new look" The new app is so easy to navigate around . So much easier to read and clean layout. Easy to set up recurring transfers, pay bills on the go and make mobile deposits. Plus the “My Cards” feature allows me to turn my debit card Off or On quickly. -- SBF Mom, 2023-09-19 ### *---- "App constantly logs me out" It is so annoying that every time I need to use the app it has logged me out -- Axolotholus, 2023-09-06 ### ****- "Protection" Can’t figure out where the retina display is so I have to keep remembering to type in email and password. Thanks Steve R. -- Dadreno, 2023-09-01 ### ****- "Too much work" I wish there’ll be no more additional task of writing notes at the back of the check in addition to the signature. -- justmusicjon, 2022-12-17 ### ***** "Loading problems" I’ve been having problems with the app lately loading into it -- izzzzzzzzzzi, 2021-10-15 ### *---- "Deposit" Trying to make a check deposit via app, Its not user friendly. Took me over 1hr for it to accept my deposit. Customer service was no help. -- 811Efe, 2021-02-02 ### ***** "Great bank" I love this bank! They make everything so easy and are very helpful if I have a question or problem! -- Gramma 300, 2020-05-21 ### ***** "Bac Community Bank" A bank I can trust in and the customer service is amazing and their products. -- Celiahipo07, 2017-11-17 [View all BAC Digital Banking reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
