BachScore (an independent App) is more than a tool for selecting flower essences – it is an invitation to mindful self-awareness. The focus is not on recommended doses, but on the question: How is my soul really doing? What feelings can I sense, and which needs remain unnoticed? What within me wants to be seen, understood, and lovingly supported? Dr. Edward Bach, the founder of Bach flower therapy, was convinced that physical complaints are often the echo of inner conflicts. When we live against our inner truth – out of fear, a sense of duty or inner turmoil – our soul and body become out of balance. He saw illness not only as a physical phenomenon, but as an indication of emotional imbalance that calls for attention and healing. The questionnaire integrated into BachScore is therefore not a diagnostic tool, but a sensitive instrument for reflecting on your mental state. We understand the result as a gauge of your inner world – a picture of where you currently stand, which issues affect you, and where your resources or tensions lie. With the help of this app, you can create a comprehensive plan for Bach flower essences, accompanying meditations, and mindfulness exercises, supplemented with impulses that promote inner clarity and emotional balance. Each flower has its own area of effect and reflects your potential benefits. 114 emotional situations that reflect your current state of mind. For each one, you indicate how often you have experienced it recently. At the end of the questionnaire, you can choose the five (5) flowers that best describe your problem from your top five.
