I had a problem with stiffness and pain in my lower back. Doing the weekly Sports Pilates sessions and Back Pilates sessions have helped me immensely. I am a shift worker and busy Mom; so having the freedom to do the classes when it suited my schedule was a game changer. I didn’t have to commit to 6 or 8 week blocks of a class a certain day/time every week. The App also gives you access to other strength and gym classes, it’s not just limited to Pilates.
