I buy most of my tech from here but my most recent orders of the same items have been bad. I have ordered 4 iPhone 12 mini and received 3. Of the 3 I have returned them all for being not the condition ordered. The only “help” I can reach is the seller but I’d like to bring this issue to back market direct so they know their products are below standards. Can’t find a way to contact the CS directly.

I did all steps that needed to be done, they told me that my phone was still connected to an iCloud which wasn’t true because I checked beforehand, they then told me they could give me a counter offer so I agreed, waiting for them to respond with a counter offer I then get a message saying the order has been automatically canceled and is being sent back to me. Waste of time.

I recommended this app to a friend. She paid for 4 phones and was only sent 1. Back market was zero help. She called multiples times and was so frustrated. They told her they couldn’t get in touch with the seller and there was nothing else they could do. They had zero accountability. Ridiculous. Think twice before buying through back market.

Don’t fall for it!!! They’ll offer you a high number. Take 2 weeks to send you a “shipping kit” claims it’s a 2 day label. Takes a week to arrive. Then they evaluate and claim dust and build up of junk from under a where a case would sit on the screen is “significant scratches.” Offer you 30 dollars less Once you agree (wasn’t going to wait another 2 weeks to get it back” Then they’ll claim your banking info is “incorrect” and that your payment is being refused. Update it and still nothing.. I should have read Reddit posts before I just gave them my iPhone for free. Many other horror stories like this. Don’t fall for it!! It is a SCAM!!

It would be beneficial to have a number to call for tech support with problems that arise… I received an SSL error and could not open anything… it took 3 days and wear and tear on my nerves but finally figured it out… googled SSL and they said to reset , which I did… I could open things , but it caused a multitude of other problems! It would be nice to have someone to talk you through these issues! I’m praying all my troubles with this phone are in the past!
