Dear Backpack studio. There is something wrong with this App. I used it easily, seamlessly, and even enjoyably in the past; but now it doesn’t work despite that I paid the subscription! Please, fix / correct any glitches that are affecting it. This App is a great concept and idea ! But right ( January 11, 2024 ) now is useless.

These days, developers are noticing that the high cost of subscription models is deterring their sales. To combat this, many are introducing the option of a one-time purchase. However, Backpack Studio App has not followed this trend; they've phased out their previous version in favor of a mandatory subscription model. I gave it a try for some time but found it wasn't worth the investment. My intent was simply to entertain my social media followers, yet it appears this app is tailored more towards professionals who rely on streaming for income, which is a mere fraction of the market. Most users are essentially wasting money in pursuit of an unattainable goal. The quality of this app was undeniable, which makes it all the more baffling why they would make such an unfavorable decision. It's not just me; many others are discontinuing their use of this app.

I have been using this app for almost 4 years , it was absolutely excellent. Everything I needed to produce my show for Radio and podcasting. Then iOS 17 update happend , now I can not retrieve any of my music , commercials, or use the app at all . Anything I click on it flashes and boots me out . I talked to some from the app via email , they tried to help me to get it to work . It sadly just isn’t working at all , and I have now lost everything I had on the app . I have reset my two iPhones and iPad . Cleared everything I had on all 3 , the app still is flashing and booting me out . I don’t understand why or what happened. If you fix this issue I will most definitely be back and use it again . As of right now I am searching for something similar and going back to an actual hard sound board. I really loved this app and am sad I can not use it .

What I’d like to see in the settings, area, the ability, to not only delete the account that you’ve created with backpack studio, using your Apple ID along with the sign out option as well. it is 100% accessible and I totally love it and it’s fun to use for interviews, live streaming, and making recordings.
