Door uw waterinname te registreren, kunt u zien of u genoeg water drinkt om gehydrateerd te blijven. Je gewicht en trainingsminuten worden automatisch bijgewerkt vanuit Apple Health om je een nauwkeuriger doel te geven. Met meldingen kunt u worden herinnerd wanneer u moet drinken en hoeveel. Slimme herinneringen gebruiken slaapanalyses van Apple Health om je te laten weten wanneer je dag begint en eindigt.
