Log fast, then let the app handle the nerdy part:

Note-first logging – paste from Notes, type on the fly, or clean up scribbles from your notebook.

Dictation mode – speak your workout between sets and watch it transcribe in real time.

Scan mode – snap a pic of paper or whiteboard; Baddie reads the text and drops it into your log.

Automatic parsing – detects exercises and set patterns like “Bench 225 x 5,5,4” or “3x5x315”.

History – browse past sessions, drill into each lift, and see detailed set breakdowns.

Insights – track weekly volume, all-time workload, and your top exercises by volume.

Pounds or kilos – switch between lb and kg and see it reflected across the app.

On-device backups – export your data as JSON and import it on another device.
