## Baddour Car Rentals Reviews in United States

### *---- "Terrible Experience from Start to Finish"
They collect past due balances on rentals and put the money in their pocket. They don’t pay the owners. They’re fees are way too high for renters. The insurance protection is terrible. The technology is trash. The customer support doesn’t exist. It’s a joke…

### *---- "This app is TRASH! 🤮🤮🤮"
Baddour needs to get their app and their process TOGETHER . i recommend hyrecar before i recommend this app . Requirements are way too unnecessary to just RENT A CAR . what you don’t want my money ? so i can make money to give you more money ??! if you afraid to take this cash then say that . Issues I have with app: 1. where are your rules and requirements in the app ??? 2. you take someone’s money even if you feel like they don’t qualify so why not block my payments? 3. there are NOT that many cars . they are under 2013 & hideous with high mileage and no upgrades 4. once you book your car you’re supposed to hear back from owners , no one ever does . had to go through my bank to get them to give my money back 5. the weekly cost of the car is NOT the actual amount you will pay it’s usually more so it’s a lie . car will say “$32/day” and wind up being $66 per day . on most car rentals , insurance is maybe $15-20/ day . so how is my total $66 ( it has to be fees added because taxes are an extra 8-10)

my story: i saw this app and downloaded it the first time . connected my rideshare account everything was fine . i went to secure a car and didn’t hear from ANYONE not baddour or the owner . so i called my bank to get my funds back . after that i deleted the app . i was like let me try again , so i redownloaded the app and connected my shoppers app and was told it didn’t qualify . then i tried to reconnect my rideshare app and was told that too did not qualify for a car . but it did at first ? make it make SENSE . so yeah second deletion . app seriously not worth all this trouble

### *---- "Scammers"
Don’t rent from them it’s a scam from to the people that rent out cars everyone will ghost you stop answering your calls several people have been going through this they need to be stopped don’t fall for anything they sell you on.
-- HeartB95, 2024-07-30

### *---- "No reliable"
I do not understand why this type of application requests sensitive and personal security information in order to register. In the description it says that it does not collect information, but in reality if it does, this application is not reliable.

### ***** "This App Is A Great"
Great customer service, great reliable vehicles at an affordable rate with insurance included. They helped me get a vehicle asap and they always stay in contact. If your a gig worker this app is for you

### *---- "RUN RUN RUN FROM THESE SCAMMERS"
They’re not worthy of even one star. They rent out cars with high mileage/vehicle and wayyy too overpriced. But that’s another conversation for another day. I was scammed by one of the owners after returning his vehicle Austin Huffman. It’s a white Jetta. We were communicating all the way up until I returned the vehicle. When I asked when should I expect my security deposit back I didn’t get a response. So I sent another message and still no response. I called Baddour and they acted like they were going to call him and figure out why he wasn’t sending me my money. Guess what? No response from them either!!! I’m going to small claims court with this one because you can’t keep getting away with playing with people! Can’t wait to see you guys in court!
-- KhadejahK, 2024-04-11

### *---- "Terrible"
They don’t do good business! They lied and give you old cars with lots of miles on it. Then you have all these problems and they blame you for it. They don’t give you the cars that you want. They give you the cars they want to give you.
-- Trice08, 2024-03-16

### ***** "Great Customer Service"
Baddour car rental is nice way to make some extra money . They have people personal cars that they rent and available all over . You have to be active of doing all gigs ( DoorDash , lyft/uber etc ) to be approved with rental service . This rental company definitely better than most an also cheaper deposits for certain vehicles.
