Badi - Rooms for rent

O am looking for a room for a couple but when choosing the filter “admits couples” it still shows me all results, rooms with single beds, even double rooms that once I contact them tell me they don’t admit couples. The map view is still quite jumpy, when I click to see one property it jumps to others that I haven’t selected instead. Also I can’t narrow down my search to areas of the city - I am not interested in living in the tourist areas at all and the further away from the center the better but I can only find this via the map search - which is not very customisable and could be showing older entries. It’s a good start though. I like that I can request a viewing time or to rent the room. I am not sure how useful the whole “match your tastes with the other tenants” is. People are more responsive here than on Idealista (for Spain). I way to search for or filter for contact requests would be super useful.

Could not use it because I could not confirm my phone number due to the fact that I didn’t receive the message with the confirmation code. After talking with Badi support their solution was to change my phone/phone number.

A very good and useful app. Great if you are in search for a place. Big like.

It's perfect for going to a new town, country.

Desde que hicieron los cambios dejé de usar la app, antes era más fácil la comunicación con los posibles huéspedes, ellos simplemente escribían haciendo las preguntas pertinentes y uno respondía si el perfil se ajustaba a lo que se buscaba. Ahora hay que aceptar su reserva y luego preguntar.

Después de casi 5 años usando la aplicación, decido migrar nuevamente a idealista. Una pena en serio porque antes la aplicación era muy buena, pero desde hace unos meses cambiaron el interface que más parece un tinder que una plataforma para buscar pisos, no sé si los demás estarán contentos pero antes en badi le escribían muchísimas personas a comparación de idealista, pero su cambio ha sido tan malo, que en idealista he tenido más éxito, así que no pienso pagar nuevamente por su servicio, prefiero hacerlo mediante idealista, gracias igual

Been using Badi for years. Since the latest updates your listings aren’t visible anymore. Not only you needed to buy Badi gold for 20€ for each listing so you can message applicants but now they force you to pay 6€ per day per listing to be visible. A total rip off. I have now move to other apps that offer the same service for a decent price.

Si no pagas la App olvídate te poder poner una habitación en alquiler , 2 días con la App , 3 matches el primer día , 3 matches que pude responder y aquí viene el engaño o mejor dicho el truco del a App , si no pagas 20 euros ya no puedo contestarle a mas nadie , ahora con más de 8 solicitudes para responder no lo puedo hacer porque no tengo badi gold , está bien que debas pagar un poco para poder darle más visibilidad al anuncio pero obligar a las personas a pagar 20 euros para poder contestar a las personas que están interesadas por tu anuncio es un robo , llevo ya 48 horas desde que pude contestar el tercer mensaje que me enviaron , de verdad llevaba tiempo sin usar esta App , siempre he usado idealista , al toparme con esto y se porque no use más badi , como dije si estás alquilando una habitación y quieres usar la App para conseguir gente interesada pues paga los 20 euros , de otra forma la App no sirve para nada porque a la gente interesada al parecer solo le puedes contestar a 3

Desde que está en la versión de pago me parece un abuso te hacen pagar 19.99€ por 30 días y apenas tienes visitas hasta que llegas a los últimos días…

Antes funcionaba a la perfección a pesar de que se pagaba una mensualidad ahora resulta que me quiere cobrar 6 euros diarios por ver los mensajes y aparte pagar el valor mensual de la aplicación, que asco de aplicación.
