Good to support the local pizza guys but no tracking possible and delayed. Ordered at 0730pm with an anticipated delivery for 0915pm but did not arrive before 10pm.....

We ordered 2 pizzas and 1 hour and 40 minutes later they had not been delivered. I called the place and a person who said they owned the restaurant told us, that we must have made a mistake with our order. He said the pizzas were just about to leave the building and asked me 4 times; “what do you want me to do with these Pizzas?”. On the four occasions I said; “can you deliver them please?!”. We live approx half a mile from the place. My husband had to leave for work and therefore did not get his dinner. This person was on the phone for a considerable about of time telling me that he would email me when he found out what went wrong on his website! He constantly interrupted me and told me, “I’m trying to be helpful’. He wasn’t helpful at all and I pointed this out to him. What happened to an apology? What happened to trying to keep your customers happy? He obviously doesn’t care. I’ve never had such a childish and stroppy encounter with the OWNER of a business in my life. In the end, he must have told his employee not to bother delivering them at all. They never arrived. Wow... what a lot of growing up this person needs to do!
