Terrible app and terrible customer experience instore.  Avoid this app.  

I was tricked into downloading the app whilst instore under the pretext that I’d get a free bagel. 

Firstly the app’s location picker was bad.  I had to scroll through dozens of stores to find the one I was at.   Had to repeat this at least twice. 

Secondly, after registering with Apple ID the app wanted me to add a payment method.  Apple Pay was not available.  It wanted a payment card number and other details!

When I asked the instore helper (some very arrogant young lady in the Meadowhall store) I was told that I must put in card details.  And “that’s the way it works” - and then she strutted off.

App doean't let you autofill your card details to add a payment method - and the fact that you need to add your info into the app in the first place (instead of using Apple Pay) is silly anyway. Poorly designed in this regard
