## bahamasair Reviews in United States

### *---- "Can’t even log in"
Will not allow me to enter special characters that work just fine on website. Useless.
-- fracking cool, 2025-04-27

### *---- "iPhone version non-functional"
Apparently, password set up, does not work, and dress fields do not make sense for the United States. So unable to use the app at all.
-- Dutchghjnvfuukhgff, 2025-01-28

### *---- "Amazed"
Can I just enter my password?
-- WillrowHood, 2024-11-29

### *---- "Does not work"
Without registration app does not find all of my existing bookings and registration to test it this way doesn’t work either. F.e. male cannot be marked as it always swappes to female, too many informations need to be filled out just for using the app and even when you fill out every field you won’t be able to register.
-- 2001FelizNatal, 2024-09-05

### *---- "APP NOT READY FOR USE!!!!"
App lacks the ability to choose your sex. It defaults to FEMALE and I spent 30 minutes trying to change it to MALE…which I am. Address fields are not well defined. Street name and number are confusing at best.

Their website has major issues as well. I tried to put in my address and save it. It replied with an error message saying I need to add my STATE…there’s no field for a state to be entered.

I hope they fly better than they developed the app and website.
-- Gregaaaa, 2024-06-23

### *---- "Bahamas Air review"
This app is a complete joke. The user interface is absolutely awful and I filled out my information lots of different times and wasn’t able to get my boarding pass. A complete waste of time!

Do better Bahamas air!
-- Elliott Siegel, 2024-05-27

### *---- "Out island travel, takes 2 days"
well, my experience is not great with this airline. Not transparent about connecting flights in Nassau. I lost money, not happy.
-- Mia Lakshmia, 2024-05-21

### *---- "Stretch"
The app has no use at all it should be removed as a air line app.
It doesn’t work at all. I spent two hours trying to set up and find my booked flight. “No joy.”
-- Captain Stretch, 2024-02-16

### *---- "Useless"
Cant even register.. useless
-- DaPearl73, 2023-11-28

### **--- "Not useful"
You cannot use the app to get your boarding pass. The app was not useful to me at all. I would not recommend using it. For my flight, I printed my boarding pass and it worked fine. I was able to bring one regular carry-on bag and one personal item and they did not stop me to weigh either item. The plan felt old and dirty and small and we walked on the asphalt to board it from the rear door. All of that was tolerable but I think a lot of people were uncomfortable because the plane was very hot. However, I really enjoyed the Bahamian flight crew's friendliness and quality of service. It was a short flight so they offered complimentary water bottles to everyone but they did not have snacks. (I am not complaining about no snacks; I did not mind at all.) The flight felt stable and safe. It was a plane with one propeller on each wing on the sides. Very interesting! I have never flown a plane like that before. Would I fly bahamasair again? Yes....our flight was on time and I arrived safely. But it's probably not for everyone.
