Kann keine Transaktionen mehr durchführen
Die App hat von mir verlangt ein KYC durchzuführen was ja auch normal ist. Ich habe alle Dokumente hingeschickt und ich soll um die 1-3 Tage auf die Bearbeitung warten. Jetzt ist schon über ein Monat rum und es hat sich immer noch nichts getan und solange dieser Prozess nicht abgeschlossen ist, kann ich keine Transaktionen mehr durchführen und komme an meine Coins nichtmehr ran. Ich habe schon mehrere E-Mails verfasst und nach Hilfe gebeten, aber es heißt dann immer ja dabei können sie mir nicht helfen. Julian Hosp und sein ganzes Team einfach Big Scam!

Einzahlen geht ganz einfach beim auszahlen ergeben sich immer vor Abschluss kleine Probleme mit Verbindung und keiner Zustellung der Bestätigungscodes

I tried unsuccessfully to log into my account, because the app would not accept the code of the Authenticator app for no discernible reason. The on top my account got suspended. This is really annoying. I want to access my account and it is hard to get any support.

Withdraw
We don’t get withdraw emails but all others. To change the email they want pictures and even a video!!!!! This is a joke!!! I think the want to keep my crypto! Avoid this at all costs! Withdraw fees are also a joke (20€ to withdraw btc). So they take the money you errand back 😂😂😂 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡
