Why can’t the reward sit in your account at with a 30 expiry date? I’ve wasted hours generating codes to change my password, and 90% of the time I don’t get the email, inbox or spam, and when I reached out to customer support they suggested there’s millions of people trying, just try again?? Great advice lmao. The fact it says, if you don’t receive the email in 10 mins try again, says it all… 10 mins, to receive an email? -if it even comes! So you know it’s broken. Anyway, I waited a couple of months and then tried again, and again email not received. The only time I’ve received a code it was expired by the time I actually got it! Thankfully the team at my local know just to enter my phone number now, so not wasting my time with this cracked app anymore, do yourself a favour a do the same!! If they can’t make it user friendly they shouldn’t bother! Our time is more important than the value these guys are putting on it, damn it. It just circles back around to the get started screen. At the moment it feels more like a ploy to gather personal details as signing up is the only screen that works without fail! Cheaper for them to not give away the rewards when your app is unusable. Want to try and link a card through their website instead? Good luck! Can’t do that either without emailing customer support! How about you guys actually do something about fixing the app and the website instead of telling people to email customer support! The dismal reviews on this app speak for themselves. How is it that now you now can’t change your account details such as email or phone number under this “new upgrade”. As well as redemption of vouchers history now removed. This redesign did nothing other than adding blog posts nobody will read and removing features. Then there’s the basic stuff missing such as digital receipts, bakeries near me based on current location and adding cards to Apple Wallet. “Your spend balance” is not a balance and shouldn’t be front and centre. Show us how much more $ is needed for the $5 voucher. Bring back the circle progress bar.
