## Bakingo Reviews in India

### *---- "Worst delivery service"
Their cake quality is good but delivery service is worst. They never deliver order timely. Always expect late delivery by 45 min to 1 hr. They also don't have any live delivery tracking system.
-- kaushiksam, 2026-10-12

### ****- "Simran Arora"
The overall experience is good..the most important is taste which is quite better than the other websites cake. The price is also optimum as I always get some discount offer from bakingo.
But Bakingo should work more theme cakes. Also more options should be added in theme based cakes.
-- Simranaro001, 2026-10-08

### *---- "Bakwass chor h"
I just ordered 4 items and they delivered 3 and later when i asked about that refund or the item they told me to give points and you can order that from next time but i don’t want points as i want my refund id not than just cancel it.i will never use this again and you ate saying you will get next order why i will buy another id anyone will get that treatment worse .i hated your service

### *---- "Disappointed as hell"
Never deliver on the they were paid for
Fudgers charge you extra every time for midnight delivery
Just hate thus app so much spoiled my surprises
-- Hater for bakingo, 2026-09-14

### *---- "Worst app"
Do not order anything from this App! While booking, they give slots, but they don’t deliver the product on time. And the slot time duration is 3hrs. They are not capable of delivering the order in that 3hrs. And there’s no manual customer service available. If you have any issues, you can only message them on WhatsApp and they give computerised response every time which increases your temper that’s it as they don’t give any resolution. This company/brand needs to improve a lot in their service department weather it is delivering anything or giving any resolution.
-- ST@209, 2026-08-28

### *---- "Order get delayed"
The delivery time was mentioned as 6–9 PM. However, exactly at 9 PM, the order status showed “Delivered” even though we had not received the order yet. This was quite alarming and made us worried that the order might have been delivered to the wrong person or location. The status should only be updated to “Delivered” once the order has actually been handed over to the customer.
-- Nisshetty, 2026-08-20

### *---- "Review"
Worst service and experience
-- Spiderman_🥹🥲🙂, 2026-08-14

### *---- "Third Class Service"
Send the Order when Birthday is already gone
-- Sunny vishu, 2026-08-13

### **--- "Very Laggy"
App is decent, it needs improvements. The app is feels laggy while navigating. I also noticed the customer review photos are not loading and throwing some error. Ordering process is good. But definitely needs optimisation.
-- Dd@3d, 2026-08-01

### *---- "Unprofessional"
I ordered birthday cake and shared person name as well to be written on the cake. But it was not written on it and no wishes on the cake. It was foolish decision to order it from Bakingo.
-- Singh S Bhatti, 2026-07-26

### *---- "Extremely poor customer service"
I have been impacted twice in 10 days by Bakingo. A cake was delivered way too late despite requesting a specific timing delivery and today these useless guys rejected the order on the app AFTER CALLING ME and assuring the items unavailable will be replaced with other item. I was waiting for the order and while checking on timing I saw order was rejected. Again today they ruined the day. I will stop buying from these guys.
-- Jarina Jarda, 2026-07-18

### ***-- "Paw patrol cake"
I was disappointed. The taste was good, but the cake looked dull. The matte finish wasn’t as shiny as shown in the picture, despite my request to keep it exactly the same.
-- Preeti Sarkar, 2026-07-15

### *---- "Worst making"
They will show a good cake image in app but you will get worst cake not even clarity. Not even message for wishes is there on cake. Cake design also they changed. Worst making and service
-- Ravindra1456, 2026-07-14

### *---- "Delivers spoiled cake"
Absolutely unacceptable experience, a spoled cake was delivered and which is serious food safety concern. what was even more disappointing is the careless response from the customer service they are just trying to close the issue by replacing the order which no one will be ready to take a chance again on food when quality is not met. Please do not order any cakes if you are concerned about quality
-- radhat123, 2026-07-09

### ***** "expectional service and care"
I just want to say a huge thank you to Bakingo for the amazing customer service and consistently delicious cakes!

I have two boys, and I’ve ordered cakes from Bakingo for their birthdays several times. This year, I ordered one cake for may 4 and another for July 12. Every single time, the cakes have been absolutely delicious, beautifully designed, and exactly as expected. We’ve ordered football-themed and cricket-themed cakes, and everyone at the party always compliments both the taste and the stunning designs.

This time, while ordering my son’s 1.5 kg birthday cake, I accidentally selected the wrong delivery date. It was completely my mistake—I assumed I had chosen July 12 and didn’t double-check. When the cake was about to be delivered, I realized it was scheduled two days early. I immediately called customer support and spoke with Kavita. She patiently listened to my situation, asked me to give them some time, and then came back with wonderful news—they were able to change the delivery date for me.

Honestly, I had already accepted that the mistake was mine and was prepared to receive the cake. But the kindness, understanding, and willingness of the Bakingo team to help made my day. It wasn’t just about the money—it was about a 1.5 kg birthday cake that was meant for my son’s special day, and I was worried about what I would do with it.

Thank you, Kavita, and the entire Bakingo team, for going above and beyond. Great customer service like this builds trust and keeps customers coming back. I highly recommend Bakingo not only for their delicious cakes and beautiful designs but also for their exceptional customer care.

### *---- "Prefer trusted local bakeries over Bakingo"
I wouldn’t recommend Bakingo as the primary choice for cake delivery on special occasions. Since deliveries are often handled through third-party logistics, there’s a chance the cake may arrive damaged. Even if you raise a complaint, there’s no assurance that a replacement will reach you in time for the occasion.
For important celebrations, it’s generally a better idea to order from a trusted local bakery, where quality control and timely support are often more reliable, rather than relying on cloud bakeries like Bakingo.
-- Sumit N., 2026-07-02

### *---- "Finding location is very difficult"
It’s take too much time in Address and location searching and if you already saved it also it’s take time
-- Ananda aaa, 2026-06-26

### ***** "Birthday"
Great website highly recommended for gifts
