App used to work really well. Now, the decides readings are not being logged to my device. I’m using iPad with iOS 18 latest version. I’ve removed, then reconnected the wrist cuff device. Took a reading and the iPad says it’s getting a reading. Then, no reading showing up. I also tried to set the software up on my iPhone running iOS 26 and couldn’t connect to the device to pair it. Disappointed, because it was working well for me. Please fix the software! The website instructions are absolutely baffling and the troubleshooting and FAQs are useless. Plus I used to be able to add a and b user to my phone to the same account, I had to delete the monitor and try to add it back and now it will not let me put a and b back on the monitor like I had it. This is the way I had it set up and this is the way I want it set up. I wouldn't be going through this issue had not the Bluetooth worked right on this app. I don't have any problem with anybody else with Bluetooth but this app Even after re-syncing Bluetooth does not work and I have to manually put in all of my blood pressures. When it does, it needs to be deleted and re-setup periodically. It also doesn’t download info to my phone regularly so I just use the manual entry mode. It’s not as convenient as I had hoped it would be. I hope they get the bugs out of the app. Again, the app keeps crashing so I have to delete and reload it. This is not convenient. I now have to remove and then re-download the app on a daily basis. That includes logging into my account over and over again. Why don’t they fix the app?????why is this app so unstable? Every entry, the app crashes and I have to delete it, re download it and log in. Why is there no fix???? And again the app crashes! I’m done w this BP cuff!!!!! What is wrong w this app that it keeps crashing? They contacted me about this review but I could not find the way to give feedback. I tried using the app again and it crashes continuously. I have to delete it and redownload it every time! Not convenient. My phone operating at stand the app version are all up to date and the app keeps crashing! The developers are doing NOTHING to correct this. I wish I had not bought it. I WANT MU MONEY BACK. WHY AREN’T THE DEVELOPERS FIXING THIS APP???? No problems setting it up it always connects to my phone and adds the current reading. When I check with a different device I can manually add the reading easily.
