For the past 5 years I've been on a yoyo trying to lose weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle. I kept seeing different recommendations for needing to count macros as part of a healthy long term plan. Problem was the recommendations were always complex and confusing, didn't translate to caloric intake, or how to incorporate in different health needs (no dairy, diabetic, etc.). This app is so user friendly, gives you all the information for your specific life style and health needs, creates a meal plan and best yet gives you a printable grocery list. In my crazy 16 hr days these are blessings and I'm looking forward to getting off the yoyo!

I’ve tried a handful of apps and can honestly say this is the most customizable app there is! It makes it easy to keep up with my plan by allowing me to pick how many days a week I want to follow the plan, allowing me to keep off foods I don’t like or can’t eat. When I found something I really liked, I could choose to repeat the recipe. This app makes it EASY to get back into the a healthy life style and keep up with it.

I love how customizable this app is! If I don’t like a food, I can keep it from appearing in my meal plan. I can choose how many days per week I want to follow the plan. I can make sure the meal plan follows all my crazy dietary restrictions. I can choose to repeat any recipes that I absolutely love! All these features make eating healthy not feel like a chore anymore and I absolutely love it.
