WORTH THE MONEY
Firstly, I got this game for my PC and fell in love... I spent the £9.99 which is a bit dear for a mobile game in my option but it's CERTAINLY worth the price. If you're debating whether or not to buy it; DO IT. Balatro may be one of the greatest games i've played in a long time, maybe even top 5 for me! (and there's a lot of good games out there so that's saying something) It's very unique, addicting, strategic and most importantly of all, FUN I highly recommend.
Needs offline play
I love balatro, play on my laptop all the time, it’s a solitaire kinda game, I don’t see why I need internet access to play.

Charming UI and a fresh, clever take on card games. Good re-playbility with the collections and difficulty levels.

Please fix the unlock and token bugs!
Love that game, but this kills the interest of replay value if you can’t get tokens and unlock the next decks etc. Fix this, and it is a 5 * right away!

This game is so addictive and so good but please fix the bug which is preventing me from unlocking jokers and different decks, can’t progress annnnny further…
An absolute gem of a game
This is the first ever review I have made on the App Store but I felt that I needed to! This game is an absolute gem! I don’t even like card games and 5 minutes in I was completely hooked. The gameplay feels like it should get repetitive fast but it just doesn’t! The rogue-like nature of the game means that each time you pick it up you can have a wildly different experience. The joker cards are a stroke of genius and make it so much fun to mix, match and try new things! Each joker is great on its own but by combining them with others you can make some truly broken builds. The £10 asking price feels expensive, especially for a relatively simple mobile game but it’s absolutely worth it! This is now my one and only ‘pick it up if you have some time to kill’ game for when you’re waiting on an appointment, in a long car/plane journey or just looking for something to do for 15 mins. BUY THIS GAME GODDAMN IT!
