Kidnapped. Imprisoned. Tortured. The wizard Irenicus holds you captive in his stronghold, attempting to strip you of the powers that are your birthright. As you escape and step back into the wider world, the question at the heart of the Bhaalspawn saga becomes impossible to ignore. Can you resist the evil in your blood and forsake the dark destiny that awaits you? Or will you embrace your monstrous nature within and ascend to godhood as the new Lord of Murder? Baldur’s Gate II: Enhanced Edition brings one of the most celebrated RPGs of all time back for modern adventurers, preserving the depth, atmosphere, and storytelling that defined the golden age of cRPGs. Continue the journey you began in Baldur’s Gate: Enhanced Edition, carrying your hero forward into a darker, more ambitious chapter—or forge a new protagonist to shape your own path through the Forgotten Realms. The Enhanced Edition includes the full original experience—Shadows of Amn and Throne of Bhaal—along with a refined arena mode for players who enjoy tactical challenges. Classic Campaign: The original Shadows of Amn adventure, faithfully restored Expansion: Throne of Bhaal, the epic conclusion to the Bhaalspawn saga Arena Challenges: The Black Pits II: Gladiators of Thay, a gauntlet of strategic battles Refined Difficulty Options: Story Mode for relaxed exploration and narrative focus; Legacy of Bhaal for veterans seeking a punishing, old‑school test of skill Fist of the Fallen: Help Rasaad, the Sun Soul Monk, find peace in his quest for vengeance. Faced a glitch that wouldn’t let me continue. Same issue with black pitts. A lot of time wasted to not complete the game. That game was extremely fun until those issues -- Mattaz1986, 2024-07-10 ### **--- "Resolution is too small" It’s hard to read and see overall it’s a very bad port -- StrikerCJ, 2024-03-09 ### *---- "Tiny texf" Text was so small on the iphone I couldn’t complete character creation. -- RGandhi3k, 2024-03-05 ### *---- "Awful interface" Game unplayable. No way to select enemies or aim attacks. You have to pause to select options. End up dead just because the pause button is hard to activate. Spent 30 minutes creating a character which can’t ever be used. The view of action is so bad you have to read the text to very slowly figure out what happened. -- 345543bw, 2024-02-11 ### *---- "Buggy" I played to the end of the first dungeon. Opened a description window for a dire charm scroll. Suddenly enemy dialog and fighting is happening behind the window and there is no way to close the window. No x, no swipe, nothing. Just stuck in the scroll screen while everything is happening. All other functions are greyed out and unavailable. I have no idea what would have solved this problem but there were not a lot of options to try. I was forced to quit and I lost all the progress. 3 stars for a buggy port of a classic game. -- Plisko, 2023-12-24 ### *---- "Enhanced ?" Says it’s bg3 EE …. Where are all the extra classes ? -- xxxproblemsxxx, 2023-11-26 ### *---- "Shame I paid" Can’t get a refund but I’m totally allowed to play this game that has bugs who destroy every play through I try to do. 1 star you greedy pricks -- AndyIsWierd, 2023-11-11 ### ****- "Touchscreen" When I go to the read the item description and tap on the red diamonds screen come up and I do know how to get it out -- gizzzmon03, 2023-10-14 ### *---- "Someone screwed up" This used to be playable, but it’s now almost impossible to manage the different characters during a fight. It won’t let you simply select which character you want to take an action using the character portraits on the right, and it won’t let you select who to even cast a spell on half the time. These are the worst gameplay changes I’ve ever seen. -- jasowat, 2023-08-26 ### *---- "Thought it would be turned based combat" I played BG3 and thought this would be a fun game on my iPad. Unfortunately the combat is chaotic and you have to pause the game, then select actions on each character but you can’t move the characters to be able to select enemies. I wish they would’ve stated that on the game and am unable to get a refund per Apple even after purchasing this less than 24 hours ago. Not happy with Apple or this game, so 1 star! -- Adam B37, 2023-08-23 [View all Baldur's Gate II: EE reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Baldur's Gate II: EE In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Gallery of Heroes | $2.99 | | A Voice in the Dark | $2.99 | | A Price Paid in Blood | $2.99 | | In Defense of the Wild | $2.99 | ## Baldur's Gate II: EE Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Paid | Poland | Games | #223 | ## Baldur's Gate II: EE Discovered Keywords -
