Get treatment fast for common conditions such as cold, flu, COVID-19, urinary tract infections, pink eye and sinus infections with on-demand Virtual Urgent Care. *

With the Ballad Health app, you can also:
- Review doctor’s notes and after-visit summaries
- Message your provider with care questions
- View vaccination records
- Estimate your medical bill
- Request prescription refills
- Manage your family’s health information via proxy access**

Note: Certain features listed are only available with a Ballad Health MyChart login. Talk with a Ballad Health provider or team member to set up your account.

*For on-demand Virtual Urgent Care visits, you can pay with a credit card or a health savings account (HSA) card. You are responsible for the cost of any prescriptions, over-the-counter treatments, or follow-up visits you may need related to medications.

Non-video visits are a $40 flat fee. Video visits are a $55 flat fee, or billable to insurance. If you don't have insurance, no problem - you'll only pay the flat fee. And if your condition can't be treated online, you won't have to pay anything.

The app works for almost anything. When you’re doing your e-checkin, it will not pull up the photo to mark where you’re having an MRI done. You’ll still need to talk to pre-admission, so don’t bother with e-checkin on the ballad app, it’s a waste of time. Other than that, it works great.

I can also see my medical record at a glance while viewing any changes I’ve had throughout my entire medical history. It’s very helpful when you see a specialist and need to remember when/what you’ve take and for how long. Everyone who uses Ballad Health for their healthcare needs to download. So much easier to navigate than other health apps!
