## BallerTV Reviews in United States

### *---- "Missed much of the games"
Watched games from a website but missed much of the 3 games of the tournament because it’s cumbersome to log in, find games, forward or rewind. Maybe the app is better but couldn’t download the app and it couldn’t find my account in time for the game
-- jake carson, 2024-12-30

### *---- "Total rip off"
Poor video quality and buggy. They don’t stream every game at events but still take your money. App is poor and does not keep score up to date. Overall a poor product that has a monopoly on streaming youth basketball tournaments, and suckers parents into spending way more than they should to see their kid play. This company needs competition. A joke and a rip off.
-- Horthall, 2024-12-29

### *---- "BTV"
Ballertv is a cool concept of being able to watch your loved ones from a far. But with this tournament i was NOT able to watch a single game of my nephew. With the “live stream stopped due to unstable internet” it has been so frustrating with having to refresh nonstop and missing all the important parts of the game. Honestly not worth the download
-- ROTG123, 2024-12-08

### *---- "Fix Your Stream"
BallerTV has been around long enough, but how do they still have the same streaming issues? I have not been able to watch even half of a game due to “streaming issues”. It does not matter where the tournament is held, how reliable your wifi is, or even if you’re using cellular data, the stream will stop working and you’ll get the “we’re working to resolve the issue” message but nothing ever changes. BallerTV is used way too often to still have these issues. How do people still think this is a good app to watch games?

### **--- "Good for recruiting/reviewing, Bad for Watching Live"
Here are my concerns: 1) Every game I've watched had the live broadcast end before the game ended. 2) The camera feed is a basic, one camera feed with a wide-angle view. Just a game camera in the room. 3) Camera often misses the action/play of the game. I can't tell if it's an automated camera or very bad operators. 4) Scores/Data and are often wrong, missing, or not updated. 4) Customer service has not solved problems after a year of contacts.

Seems like BallerTV subscriptions are not for the viewer who wants to watch live sports broadcasts as they watch other sports. It is a very basic tool that documents games for reference purposes. This may be useful for recruiters or players/teams/families wanting to use footage for recruiting purposes or skill tracking.

It would be helpful for BallerTV to clarify its purposes, what it is and what it isn't, so customers can accurately calculate the return on investment.

Depending on which kind of customer you are this may be a very poor investment or a valuable investment. For me it was an expensive and poor use of money.

### *---- "Scammer App"
I have tried for over 6 months to cancel this subscription!! No customer service no help! It’s a bad app to begin with! The quality of service is bad! I just want them to stop charging my account!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-- 200009$);, 2024-10-01

### *---- "Not as advertised"
I purchased the Gold package and games don’t include sound or any basic details such such as inning, pitch count, outs, who is on the field. This is the worst! Money grab!
-- MCor327, 2024-07-30

### *---- "Too many aggravating flaws"
From multiple log in problems, to the score freezing at 7 to 2, and that same score showing as the final score! It was 64-60, in case any one at baller tv cares to know. I will cancel, and hope that someone develops a decent app. It’s such a good idea; I’m sure a good one will come along.
-- MeemaBaps, 2024-07-21

### *---- "Scam"
The sharing feature “magic link” does not work. Absolute scam. And customer support is a joke. Don’t waste your mine.
-- bibilo bAggens, 2024-07-19

### *---- "Amateur App"
Terrible video like a child was running the video camera, poor quality video, speeds up weirdly. Single commentator offered little value, just basically saying out loud what I saw with my own eyes with little added that was helpful. No replays and no real stats provided. Do not waste your money if there is an alternative
