I had heard great things about this app and paid to downloaded without doing my research first. Lesson learned…unfortunately it only has the option to work with Apple Music, I don’t like Apple Music, I use YouTube Music or Spotify, I’m not about to pay for another subscription.  It is time to innovate and have more options, I think the app is good, but it limits customers.

This app decides when it wants to work. Paid for the announcements and finally turned them off because I would push play and either it wouldn’t play or i would realize the volume turned itself all the way down and by the time I turned it up it was mid announcement or too late altogether. There is a delay with or without announcement. When you push play it should just play right away. We aren’t working with a lot of time when doing walk up songs so this is a huge problem. Googled all the tips and tricks and none of them fix the problems. Did the upgrade. No better. Wanted to love this app since I spent some good money getting the announcements but I am at a loss.
