Delete. Download. Repeat." Love the band. Hate the app. I have deleted and downloaded four times and it continues to crash every time I try to open it. What’s the sense of wearing it if you can’t read your data?! Horrible! -- Nitsua 69, 2019-08-30 ### *---- "Umm say what???" Ok just one thing the matter Umm I can't even get on to the app I mean what????????????????????????????????? -- alex3110337, 2019-01-05 ### *---- "Keeps crashing" Every time I open the app it crashes. I have tried deleting it and reinstalling it several times, but it always crashes. Please fix it soon! -- Kimcook78, 2018-10-09 ### **--- "Basic. And some flaws." Just got the app and I'm not able to change some of the settings because the screen is set up too high and banner covers what I need to change (daily goals). The steps count seem a lot more than I actually did compared to another device I used to own. -- funkywendell, 2017-04-07 ### ****- "I Like It" I feel like the app is a bit outdated, but for the most part I like the little watch. The instructions stated that you can also receive notifications of phone calls and text messages. I still haven't been able to get it. I've unpaired and paired three times and still nothing. Please update and fix. -- PeanutButter., 2016-12-26 ### *---- "App doesn't work" This does not connect to scale. App has major problem. Unprofessional App design. -- Fastsand, 2016-09-12 ### *---- "Disappointing" Does not work, pairs, but doesn't allow syncing or updating info, horrible app. Should have kept box and receipt to return this. -- MsGBelarus, 2016-07-30 ### *---- "Sync fail" When ever I try to tap ok for it to sync...it always says failed very frustrating!!! -- MrsBlaque, 2016-06-27 ### *---- "Connection fail" This Fitbit wannabe's app doesn't work at all. I have to delete and redownload the app in order for the app to find the Bally. Night information never gets updated. Connection fail errors come up all the time!!! -- Mommy in ATL, 2016-06-15 ### *---- "Connect Fail" While working on setting this up, the app says "connect fail" over and over. It will not locate the device. It will not let me set it up. I have deleted the app twice so far. I have changed internet connections. Nothing changes. -- 15Romans13, 2016-06-14 [View all Bally Total Fitness BLT-5201 reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to Bally Total Fitness BLT-5201 -
