Balmain Private provides exclusive opportunities to invest and manage monthly income producing individual first mortgage loans backed by commercial real estate which has been credit approved and settled by Australia’s largest non-bank commercial loan manager. You take control.
So easy to use, manage your Loan portfolio at a time or place which suits you. View, sort and select the Loans which meet the level of risk and reward sought. Click to read a detailed SPDS’s on every Sub-Trust. Scroll photos and maps, all to help you make an informed investment decision.

Easy management
The Balmain Private App displays live data giving visibility and easy access to your entire portfolio of Sub-Trusts. Toggle between your accounts. Compare your performance to Balmain using Rate and LVR. View the status of both Cash Units and Loan Units.

Deposit & Redeem.
Get primed to invest. Move money from your bank to your Balmain Private Cash Units account. Your Cash Units sit in a Cash Management Account till you choose to invest. When required, redeem Cash Units back to your nominated bank account.

Reporting which informs.
Stay informed and up-to-date. Track, sort and report on all your investments. Export the data you need in the format you prefer. Manage your income and capital movements. Run reports which work for you, your advisor or your accountant.

Was hoping they sorted out backend performance issues but apparently not. When it’s busy the submit for a location just times out probably resulting in people re submitting. Also those who allocate large amounts probably lock out all the smaller investors perhaps a block sizing allocation to allow everyone a chance to get in would be fairer. When there’s no load everything works fine but thats probably not good enough.

Very good for monitoring your investments with Balmain. However NEVER use this to make investments. It will fall over on you and you will miss the opportunity.  Head straight to a desktop computer and do the transaction from there.
