## Bambino Reviews in United States

### *---- "Do not use for babysitting"
I babysat for a family thinking it would be like every other time I’ve used the app. Wrong! The mom messaged me and I did not respond as I have a busy home life since I am a stay at home mom. I’m not sure why but she then proceeded to lie on her review about me. I contacted the app about the review and explained IN DETAIL how she had lied. I get a response saying that if I “find the review to be dishonest or inappropriate” to “provide specific details”. I did that when I contacted them the first time. I only started using this app as a means to pay for my child’s food as my husband and I are already struggling with me staying at home. I am beyond disappointed in this app. If you are looking to babysit, don’t choose this app. You will only be requested and/or barely be babysitting and payment can and will take longer than the “window” the app provides. It is not worth the hassle.

### *---- "If your transfer fails, you still get charged transfer fees"
My transfer failed 3 times & I kept wondering why my balance kept going lower and lower only to find out it’s because of transfer fees! When a payment fails, the fees aren’t reversed back to you. So sad and pathetic.

### ***-- "No policy for sitters cancelling last minute . Very common phenomenon on bambino App in Seattle"
No policy for sitters cancelling last minute . Very common phenomenon on bambino App in Seattle
-- Ashishkaul, 2024-12-25

### *---- "no sitter protection"
A sitter is really screwed when a parent books and cancels last minute because it prevents them from other opportunities to get paid for that day. Some parents don’t confirm payment right away and can take days- which is separate from when stripe transfers payment to your bank account. So once again. Screwed from receiving payment.

### ***** "Wonderful experience"
Jermany was so great with the kids. Arrived on time and got them to bed no problem. Very personable and would absolutely have her again!
-- CCameron88, 2024-12-07

### ***** "Great sitter!"
Emma was really great with my girl, she was engaging and played lots of games. My girl enjoyed having her. Will definitely use her again and highly recommend.

### ***** "Fantastic!"
Elle was absolutely fantastic. She was great with all the kids ranging from age 2 to 12. We will definitely be using her again. My kids said she is one of their favorite babysitters
-- Lex AAA, 2024-12-04

### **--- "I guess it good"
I feel like their should be a way for yonger kids like 13 and stuff to use the all instead of wait for parents and they should add cash app because it way to confusing
-- Melanie has, 2024-12-04

### ****- "Can’t set a schedule"
I’ve met amazing families through bambino! Every time I try to open the calendar or manage my availability, the app stops working completely. Why is this happening and how can I get these features to work ?
-- Ccm1205, 2024-11-30

### **--- "Would love to love it!"
Everything seems awesome, except when I go to manage my availability and the entire app freezes so I can’t do anything. I can close out of it, and reopen and it works fine until I toggle over to the Home tab and hit “manage availability”. Then everything stops working. Otherwise, love it!
