Skip the wait by ordering and paying in advance. We’ll keep you updated as your order is accepted, prepared and ready for collection.

Whether you’re grabbing coffee on the way to work, ordering lunch from your favourite deli, or collecting food from a local café, Bamboo helps make ordering quicker and easier.

How Bamboo works:

- Open the app and choose a participating location
- Browse the menu and customise your order
- Pay securely in advance by debit or credit card
- Receive order updates as your food or drinks are prepared
- Collect when your order is ready

Bamboo is currently available at selected participating merchants.

Still waiting for a response, despite the message service which “typically replies in minutes”. Slow, poor service and obviously the app isn’t up to date with any relevant information.
