BambooHR Hiring

We have been using BambooHR ATS for 4years and I love it! The app only provides the basic functionalities with ease like candidate profiles in an organized manner, but pales in comparison to all the capabilities that the ATS can perform.

Need to be able to send candidates to talent pools from mobile. Other than that it’s ok. Also need to be able to copy phone number and choose what app to text from. We use a voip app for our office and I don’t want to text from my personal phone.

This works horribly on an IPAD

I don’t know why the links force the app instead of one of my browsers. This app is horrible and doesn’t scale larger than a phone. So all of the information is more or less lost on the many pages of text. Dear BambooHR. Get the device capabilities, and either launch a browser by default on iPAD or take the 45m needed to recompile a version that scales up when its not a phone.

We started using it. Massive amounts of emails sent to your inbox and no way to control it (this actually might be a GDPR concern). Their App doesn’t support notification (something most Apps support about 15 hrs ago). For a young company you’d think they’d get these basics right first.

Half the time the ratings dont save on candidates, and I have to go back into their profile and re-review their application sometimes several times until it actually saves

We have been BambooHR customers for 2 years. The ATS, albeit somewhat manual, has a slick overall flow and a very functional hiring app. It is easy to review resumes and collaborate with the management team. I wish that I could text from within the app which could be recorded in the ATS. I have submitted a prod dev request but to no avail. Currently, texting must be done from my cell phone. Over the last 2 years, BambooHR has made some neat updates. But, the hiring app has essentially remained the same during this time.

There is no way to utilize this system not only app but also web service.

Really useful and easy to use app for iPhone. That said the addition of iPad support is greatly needed as well as scrolling through candidate statuses and email templates can be difficult to seamlessly work in Safari (on iPad).

This is one of the easiest mobile app interfaces I have ever used for an ATS. It works well and makes my job of sorting resumes and managing the recruiting process fast, easy and efficient. I highly recommend to others.
