## BancPass Reviews in United States

### **--- "Not so easy to discontinue"
Nothing to get started. So far I can’t seem to find a way to deactivate and get a refund. Lesson learned. Bleed off the balance before you let go of your vehicle and cancel auto refill ahead of time
-- jdbkk555, 2026-03-01

### ***** "Easy"
All ways easy when needed
-- Stanla E, 2025-11-10

### *---- "Non functional app"
I need to update my payment information. I don’t have the reload card. I called the phone number and they can’t take my payment information. So what do I do now? Nobody to talk to. What a waste of time. So inconvenient.
-- TinaMee, 2025-10-14

### ***** "Traveling Business Man"
Great app & customer service
-- TXMA Tax, 2025-09-11

### *---- "I’m not 100% sure this even works"
Had the app for 5 days. Driven through multiple tolls through multiple states. Not a single charge from any has updated. Defeats a major reason for this whole deal. Can’t call anyone on the weekends to verify if I’m overdrawn or good.
-- Crazycrewchief, 2025-07-27

### **--- "Funds"
It never withdrawals your trip immediately. I am having to do the math myself. It’s not fair to us that you all want to send our toll violations but you also want to upload 37 trips in one day.
-- yay6245678, 2025-07-25

### ***-- "Unknown"
I am being charged 5 toll charges for one trip and 5 more on return trip!!!! 5.54 each way !!! Is that not crazy!!!
-- Special catwoman, 2025-07-08

### *---- "BancPass Sucs"
Terrible app, terrible service.
-- Joe Mama 202, 2025-06-25

### ***** "Driving"
Need faster posts of trips
-- Tdog9110, 2025-05-07

### ***** "Transponder Update"
This was the best customer service I have ever, EVER experienced with ANY company. I tried to update my transponders from a local vendor. They still had the old “peach” stickers. I took one back that was unopened to recoup some of my money. Messaged customer service about the incident. They wanted to give me credit for the one I had opened. I ordered correct one from BancPass and they transferred everything over to the new transponders!! A great team to work with, thank you!!!!
