## Band Bar Fit Description
Track your X3 Resistant Band workouts. Never guess your next set again.
Band Bar Fit tracks every rep on your X3 bar: what exercise is next, which band to load, and when you've earned the step up to the next color.

TRACK YOUR WORKOUT

• Log reps for all 8 core exercises: Chest Press, Deadlift, Overhead Press, Squat, Triceps Press, Bent Row, Biceps Curl, Calf Raise
• Pick up exactly where you left off. The app remembers your last session and which exercise is up next
• Know which band to use, and get the nudge when it's time to move up
• Hands-free with Siri: Say "Last set in Band Bar Fit" or "Log a set in Band Bar Fit", to journal reps without touching your phone

GO PRO

• Apple Watch app: run the whole workout from your wrist
• Widgets: next exercise and progress on your Home Screen and Lock Screen
• Progress chart: see your reps as a histogram, tap to dig into any session
• Change indicator: every exercise's recent trend at a glance
• More bands: Ultra Light, Performance and Short Performance, on top of Light, Medium, Heavy and Elite
• Custom workouts: add Pec Crossover, Split Squats and Hypertrophy to your routine
