## BandFriend Reviews in United States

### ***** "Great App!"
Super helpful if you’re trying to connect w/ new musicians!
-- abick2019, 2025-10-20

### **--- "Not easy finding people"
Wanted to start a band and waited for 5 months not even one person contact me, i even try messaging other people but respond sadly
-- DARK-FACE, 2025-10-19

### *---- "Terrible - Only bots here"
This app really is terrible. I have not had an interaction with a real person. Not even one. I have been messaged, comments on my post, likes on my post, all are bots trying to scam. A bunch of bots also asking you to write a Happy Birthday song? Specifically for their son? It’s weird. Not worth it. I recommend local events or making a post on Facebook marketplace/events.
-- Editedwallpapers, 2025-10-04

### ***** "Exceptional creation for artist and songwriters"
Thank you for this Amaya🙂
-- Darla McGinnis, 2025-10-03

### *---- "Scam Bots and Useless Filters"
Your inbox gets blown up with bots that are looking to scam you for your information; there are so many of them and they are impossible to stop. Also, the available search filters are not helpful. There is no way to filter by user age or even area; all you can do is search for posts that are “nearby”, which for me covers the whole state. I live in a big metropolitan city and the user base is very small. Don’t bother.
-- totalmassretain, 2025-08-25

### *---- "Filters don’t work"
I can’t get the search filters to work. For example, if I select ONLY the folk filter I get results for death metal bands (and other non-folk genres). If there are no musicians that don’t fit a category, there should be no results to sift through. It’s a waste of time and makes me doubt the value and accuracy of this app.
-- davidp158, 2025-08-10

### ***** "sandy"
5 star
-- Tootsie Pops, 2025-07-30

### *---- "No child safety"
Basically; i was on the app for <12 hrs and a women ~40 yo, dmed and then after like 5 msgs said she was down for fun and horny, ibsaid i was 16 and she said it was all online, i reported to the founder and he did nothing, i have screenshots!
-- StoreyedBird99, 2025-07-29

### ***** "Great App"
Recommend
-- cfleckguitar, 2025-06-26

### *---- "Could be great but trash"
App could be great except they allow so many scammers & theyre basically the majority. I like the set up & the forum is dope but overrun & lacking ppl so maybe marketing increase & scam blocking yknow. Oh, and posting music is complicated. Why cant u add an audio/video upload format?
