This site sends alerts out to you relating to all concerts just announced, it also tells you where to purchase tickets from. You also get hotels posted near the venues, and it tells you of upcoming concerts near where you are! Would recommend this site to anyone who loves music!

I’ve had the app a long while and never had any issues but since it was updated it constantly crashes every time I try to use it and for some (most) bands the only way to buy tickets is through Bandsintown. I have had to delete then reinstall this app every time I’ve wanted to buy tickets in the last 5-6 months (or however long it’s been since it was updated).

This used to be a good app. But ‘bands in town’ is now just swamped with Comedians. And they list their tours for years in advance so it’s all comics, comedians, TV celebs. It’s so annoying. There’s other apps out there doing the same thing and they’re all music related, so why is this app trying to be something else. I don’t want to see endless comedians listings.

I've been on Bandsintown for a long, *long* time, but just deleted the app. Platform = a great tool, but adding to the app things like 'Apollo', which has an animated / moving icon whose movement can't be turned off in accessibility settings (really? in 2025? extraneous movement like this can be turned off on virtually *every* app these days), & is at best distracting or at worst (yep! raises hand!) gives seizure in those with many disabilities.. Wowzas! Well.. Yeah, app deleted, guys. Incidentally, so, so, so much revenue is lost when customers with disabilities are blocked from engagement. Look forward to accessibility on Bandsintown being important enough to release good product / Software As A Service. When it is, I'll be there again! & edit my review to more stars!

The worst experience at a gig I have ever had. Booked a gig through them. Turned away at the door. When I asked whether we could get our money back I was told we could and given a email. 
I have since emailed that email with no response. I have Also reached out to Bands in Town themselves and received no response either. Stay clear! Do not waste your time and money!!
