My cat went in for a routine check and for the worries my wife and I had about her itching. The visit confirmed some allergies that they wanted to schedule her back in for to confirm to what, the leading weeks to the next appointment, she ended up getting way worse so we took her to a different company all together. The new company confirmed the allergies, told us what they were, and told us she had contracted a staph infection. I can only presume it had come from the Banfield we were at. Other reviews of the location have also shown it to be an issue. I will never use Banfield again.
Very Disappointed
They are over booked and the customers whom been with them a very long time has a hard time getting in for regular routine visits on time!!! This is terrible! You should take whatever amount your facility can handle and call customers to remind them and set up appointments like a REAL FAMILY FOCTOR WHO CARES!! We try to stay up on our pets needs and we get behind on other things for them etc and it would be real nice if you cared more! NEVER had this problem when Banfield was in PetSmart of Myrtle Beach, SC! Now with their own location, they truly became greedy and slack!!! So sad 😞 My second poor raiding, third times a charm! I gots to let you go!!!!!!

Takes several minutes to select the next button and then to select an option.

Slow app, needs work. Other than that, does its job
It’s a good app but…
It’s a good app but, I would like to be able to confirm my dogs appointments on the app instead of the phone calls. That would make this a 5 star app for me.
Laggy
The app is great but when selecting dates or times and locations, the system lags big time. Other than that, it’s handy. Has all your pets’ history.
No doctors
No Doctors, can not handle wellness contract
Tough to Schedule Appointments
I will try to schedule an appointment and the page will freeze on me as I’m trying to schedule it. It won’t unfreeze until I exit the app then get back in, but then it will freeze again. I always have to go online anyway to schedule appointments.
Drs and support staff are awesome at NE 82nd!
The Ne 82nd Banfield location is the only clinic that we go too ! Love all the Drs , vet technicians and all The front office support staff
