Great products shame about the app - please provide dark mode option for my old and tired eyes
When speaker works it’s awesome. However I have had continuous issues with it not connecting to the network - it is so frustrating and hard to resolve
Itis clear that B&O are incapable of writing software. The app is full of bugs, runs slow, causes streaming services to be disrupted and crashes their own streaming speakers.to detect my devices and I’m unable to configure and control. It’s hugely disappointing to see organisations like Apple and B&O ramming streaming music down everyone’s throat without even getting the most simple devices such as iPads, iPhones and speakers to work together. I yearn for the good old fashioned systems where all you had to do was plug it in and it worked, and I work in IT. We’re going hugely backward with all this streaming technology.
I like the sound quality. Its one of the best so far. But I dont like how its so hard to connect. Sometimes it cant even connect at all the forget device alert pops up and have to set it up again. I’ve done this more than 10 times now.
Good App however it will be nice if it connects automatically. There seems to be some lag in connection to the App. I Like the whole array of selections and options.
It too at least 30 tries to connect my BeoPlay EX to the App
Great app and all but doesn’t keep settings after changing to my MacBook or Galaxy Ultra.
B&O made a good recovery from initial answer to my query. The service was patient and knowledgeable and the rep tried everything he could to help fix the issue which could possibly be hardware. Thank you Gavin The below no longer applies: Can never connect my A1 when I want to, only when it wants to And the website won’t let me in saying my email doesn’t exist. Except B&O have just sent me an email to it Months of frustration and this email thing takes the last piece of frustration. Please send 10 hours of lost time Avoid.
It would good if you could play Deezer like the Deezer app from the b &o app Otherwise it’s good
