Our app provides a secure and easy way to bank on the go.
Existing customer? Follow the prompts to login.
New to Bank Australia? Download the app to register as a customer and open selected accounts directly.

A few things to remember
• Don’t keep your customer number and PIN with your mobile device.
• Make sure to log out when you’re done.
• The app will auto log out after five minutes of no activity.
• Contact Bank Australia immediately if you’ve lost your device or feel that someone may know your login details.
• Please check the BSB and account number or PayID details carefully.
Bank Australia does not verify or confirm that the details you provided are correct, or that the account name and number or PayID match.
If the details are incorrect you could be paying the wrong account and you may not be able to get your money back.

• Share your account details easily.
• Set up and manage Round UPs. Have card purchases round up to the nearest pre-set amount, then transferred to a chosen account.
• Nickname accounts.
• Provide your Tax File Number or Foreign Tax Residency information.
• View how much money you have / owe and net position of accounts.
• Download up to 12 months of your transaction history.
• Add a quick balance widget to your phone or Apple Watch.
• Track spending via categories in the Spend Tracker.
• Customise the length of time before you’re logged out of the app.
• View your session history.
• View information about your app / device via ‘Settings’.
• Notify us of your travel plans.
• View and manage eStatements.
• Set up alerts based on your credit/debit card and account activity.
• Receive alerts when your loan is due / overdue or an account is overdrawn.
• View product pages and click to apply via ‘Open account’.
• Access calculators to help manage finances.
• Manage Open Banking permissions
• Locate and get directions to a branch.
• Product and service information via pop ups and a ‘Latest news’ widget.
• Personalise your logged in ‘smart dashboard’

Card management
• Visa debit/credit card information securely available in Cards including *new* ‘Linked accounts’ section. Cancel and reorder cards, then get an instant digital version of it. Add details to a ‘Pay’ app and spend immediately.

• Report a lost or stolen card, activate or change your card’s PIN.

Payments
• Quick transfers.
• Look Who’s Charging: see who’s charged your card.
• Check balance/s and get a quick balance.
• Transfer funds using Osko for fast payments.

Works perfect

No complaints so far! Can do all the essential things I’d expect from a banking app.

Fantastic App. Easy to navigate and understand. The colours are great and it’s easy to read and see!!

Good App

Environmentally responsible banking and a user friendly app!

A good app that can improve.

A good app that can improve over time. One matter that I find curious is I cannot add a new payee or Bpay without the need to actually pay that person using ‘Pay Anyone’ or Bpay. Look at increasing your account interest rates. Can you beat or at least match ING Direct’s 5.5% for their Savings Maximiser?

Best app loving it so far easy to use and great features

No longer works on iOS12, even though it says it should

And the website no longer works on iOS12 browsers either, so I can no longer do my banking. Can not afford new devices to keep up and just be able to do regular life activities :(
