Fangen wir mal mit den generellen Funktionen an. Wenn man eine Überweisung tätigt und dabei zwischen verschiedenen Apps wechselt, zB um sich IBAN oder sonstige Daten zu kopieren, startet sich beim Zurückwechseln zur BA App die App quasi neu und man muss alle bereits eingegebenen Daten neu eingeben. Dies bedeutet man muss sich Name, IBAN, BIC, Betrag, Verwendungszweck usw. merken!!! Beim internen verschieben von Geld von einem Sparkonto auf sein eigenes erfolgskonto dauert dies über einen Tag! 👀 Nun zu den spezielleren Sachen. GeoControl - Ansicht eine gute Sache, nur müsste man mal davon wissen. Aber dafür kann die BA ja nicht direkt was. Da ich gerade im Ausland bin (nicht EU) kann ich kein Geld bei Bankomaten beheben. Das zahlen mit der Karte (digital am Handy) funktioniert zu 99%. Jetzt habe ich die Funktion GeoControl gefunden die das neuen von Geld an Bankomaten im noch EU Ausland verhindert. Hier kann man einen Zeitraum einstellen der GeoControl in der Zeit des Urlaubs deaktiviert. So schön so gut - NUR FUNKTIONIERT DAS BEHEN VON BARGELD AM AUTOMATEN TROTZDEM NICHT!!! Ich bin jetzt 5 Woche. Im Ausland und kann kein Bargeld abheben! Mit der Bankomatkarte meiner Frau (ErsteBank) ist das kein Problem! Vielleicht sollte man sich da mal was von der Konkurrenz anschauen!!! Absolutes nogo in allen Belangen! 0 Sterne wären angebracht!! -- _ilcapo_, 2024-12-31 ### *---- "Unzufrieden!!!" Einer der Schlechtesten Banking Apps in Österreich. Menü Führung ist unübersichtlich und dass Design der App sieht veraltet aus. Bei der Erstmaligen Aktivierung der Banking App werden mehrere Pins und Codes benötigt um die Aktivierung durchzuführen gleichzeitig wird man aufgefordert diese zu ändern(total verwirrend dass ganze wird nach 3 falsch versuche gesperrt). Bei der Hotline spricht nur ein Tonband! Ich werde dieses Konto in den nächsten Tagen wieder Kündigen!
