 - Let us know if you’re travelling overseas.
 - Set a savings goal and track your progress. 
 - See full transaction history (up to 18 months).
 - Set a quick balance for your favourite account which can be viewed before logging in. 
 - View all our latest product information.  
 - Access tools and calculators to help you manage your money.
 - Customise your home screen. 
 - Manage your card for Australian and/or international transactions. 
 - Change the PIN on your Bank First cards. 
 - Lock, unlock your Bank First card and order a replacement. 
 - Replace lost or stolen cards directly from the app.

I wish I had read these reviews before moving all my banking to BankFirst. Excellent bank. Terrible app. I need to be able to see the nicknames of the accounts when I’m transferring - all the accounts look the same. Tip: I know my own name, so it doesn’t need to be listed here. Some icons are clickable; some images look like icons don’t do anything; it’s impossible to tell the difference. And the same icon (coins) is used for diffèrent purposes within the app. (Do the app developers look at these reviews?! 😂 )

The app is generally quite reliable. At some point in the last month, after using touch ID to login I now get a message of “token invalid” and now have to enter a PIN. It’s not a hassle, but it makes me question whether the app’s authentication and security are up to date.

### **--- "A year between updates isn’t good enough!"
There should be regular updates and improvements to an app, not one big change every couple of years. It’s clear from the reviews that the last update still has a lot of issues. Still waiting to be able to rearrange my accounts and give them names? Every other bank app I’ve ever used has had this as an easy option. This app isn’t user friendly, there are so many unnecessary steps to do anything.
