أنا أحد عملائكم الكرام في بنك نزوى، وأود أن أتقدم بطلب تفعيل خدمة Apple Pay على بطاقات البنك، لما تمثله هذه الخدمة من أهمية كبيرة في تعزيز تجربة الدفع الإلكتروني وتوفير وسائل دفع حديثة وآمنة.

وقد قامت العديد من البنوك المحلية بتفعيل هذه الخدمة في سلطنة عُمان، ونأمل منكم الإسراع في توفيرها لعملائكم الكرام أسوةً بهم.

للأسف تأخر عن باقي البنوك في توفير ميزة مهمة مثل Apple Pay

التطبيق يفتقر للواجهة مستخدم سهله و بسيطة، وكذاك يفتقر الى تجربة المستخدم.

 أولا: التطبيق يحتاج الى إعادة تصميم بالكامل، حيث الشكل الحالي لا يتماشى مع التصاميم الحديثه و التي تسهل للمستخدم استخدام التطبيق. كمثال: الجداول و المربعات الي تحتوى الازرار و المعلومات يجب أن تكون متناسقه و بحواف أقل. 

 ثانيا: ما الحاجه الى إرسال رسالة نصية و بريد إلكتروني عند كل دخول؟ لماذا لا يوجد خيار يوقف هذه الميزه؟ 

 ثالثا: استخراج التقارير و الكشوفات ليس بذلك السهوله.  

رابعاً: اداخل رمز التحقق للمره واحده اذا كان التطبيق باللغه العربية فإنه سيأخذ من اليمين الى اليسار و هو عكس ما في الرساله النصيه الخاصه برمز التحقق للمره الواحد. 

 أخيراً، نتمنى أن تؤخذ هذه الاقتراحات بعين الاعتبار و أن يتم الاهتمام بالجانب التقني أكثر.
