## Bank of Hope Reviews in United States

### *---- "Garbage"
쓰래기 뱅크에 쪽가튼앱
-- 커스토마, 2025-07-19

### *---- "The Most Inconvenient Banking App Ever"
This bank’s mobile application constantly fails to process transfers smoothly. Transactions frequently get stuck in a pending status for unclear reasons, and the app often flags minor issues unnecessarily. Customer support isn’t very helpful in resolving these problems either. If you want hassle-free banking, I strongly recommend switching to a different bank.
-- Dkejhfojnw, 2025-03-22

### *---- "Unreliable"
Gives me a hiccup more than a few occasions.

### ***-- "Face recognition & Password"
App face recognition function disappear very often, very inconcinient.
And ask me new password and security question set up very often, too much hassle.
Please improve log in process to more convinient way. :(
