It’s very hard to use and has minimal features. Overall a terrible app. Doesn’t let me move money how I want. Face ID never works. Will log me out after a few seconds and not let me back in for hours. Awful app. Do not use -- Jcov_23, 2024-08-11 ### *---- "Get it together" Your app mostly never works. I can’t even sign in 90% of the time. If this is the best you can do just shut it down and offer your website. -- Forget it this is stupid, 2023-03-15 ### ***** "Staying Current" Love the new update and card control within the App! Thank you -- Rotjanee, 2022-09-04 ### ***-- "Service problem" I’m trying to check how my much money I keep getting service problem so please fix it RIGHT NOW -- BIGB ( BRYCE KOTNICK ), 2022-04-25 ### *---- "App is down on a weekly basis, extremely unreliable" This app is always down and not working on a weekly basis, and is extremely inconvenient for when you need to get to your money NOW. I think I will be taking my business to another bank now -- WilliamT2005, 2022-04-25 ### **--- "unreliable" I cant get into my account 3/4 of the time due to app not working -- justgaurdm3, 2022-04-04 ### *---- "Unable to download latest compatible version" The app requires the latest operating version. It gives a pop-up that customers can download the latest compatible version but when you click “download”, nothing happens. Customer service’s response was that we’ll need to buy a newer device. One was just purchased in 2018. All 4 of our mobile devices are too old. So, no mobile check deposits. -- Hello from Yellowstone, 2022-01-05 ### *---- "App Needs To Be Fixed" I like the bank but the mobile app locks up constantly. I have to remove the app and download all the time. Twice a week at minimum. -- Big T 78921, 2021-10-15 ### **--- "Frustrating" Never lets my phone store ID and password so that I have to look it up manually. Bugs me to write reviews too often. -- stevejpiet, 2021-04-09 [View all Bank of Idaho reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Bank of Idaho Discovered Keywords - mobile - boi mobile - bank of idaho - ids mobile banking ## Apps Similar to Bank of Idaho - [ICCU Mobile Banking](https://apptail.io/app/iccu-mobile-banking-BKdb/united-states) - [Westmark Credit Union Mobile](https://apptail.io/app/westmark-credit-union-mobile-gUdb/united-states) - [Frontier Credit Union](https://apptail.io/app/frontier-credit-union-hUdb/united-states) - [D.L.
