The app has always struggled with mobile deposits but the new app update is even worse. Error says they can’t accept the check because it’s already been submitted and the check was written 30 seconds ago. Now I have to drive to a location and deposit it like a Boomer.

I started with BOK 15 years ago in Denver after receiving a Bone marrow transplant.
I’ve since had to relocate to 8 other states.
Each state having local banks that would maybe be more convenient.
But I’d never change.
BOK has always had my back.
I live on Ssi disability so I’m not rich.:)
But because of BOK helping me manage my finances.
I will own my home free and clear next week.
From rent to own to owning.

Please fix your app BOK. For months it takes a full 10 seconds from logging in via Face ID before the accounts screen loads up. Yes my app is the most recent one an I am running on iOS 18.5.
